DAY 18

Today, playing with the idea of creating an encompassing space still, but with painting or video projection. I want the viewer to feel transported into the body. I painted the walls of one of my maquettes with abstracted red blood cells, repeating over and over and then suspended and yard wrapped large cell in the center. The space, as I imagine would be completely disorienting for the viewer, and I really like that idea. Its so hyper-saturated that it seems extremely artificial. I think I would like a more realistic approach to this, but it's a start for thinking this way.
