Hauled all of my new little boxes to my studio at school, along with some clay I bought to make a ton of blood cells for an installation idea. Back in my studio after the weekend, ready to work! I started by rolling out some of this clay, it needed to be kneaded so I went down to the ceramics studio to work some of the air bubbles out of the clay. Back up to my studio, and to work making about 20 little red blood cells. It's actually a lot more time consuming than you would think. I am planning on having a couple hundred of them, glazed a beautiful red. We shall see how that works out in the near future! Until then, it's one project underway.
